Machine Features:
1.Flexible programming options for customized coil designs. CNC-controlled automatic coil winding machine offers unparalleled precision and control for the production of complex coils.
2.High-speed bearing installation: The winding shaft are equipped with high-speed bearings, capable of achieving a maximum speed of 18000RPM.
3.Use S3M wear-resistant synchronous belt to rotate ,ensure high speed and low noise.
4.The welding process uses electric current welding technology, which ensures that the product is not polluted and improves the stability of the solder quality.
5.The fixture is used to bend the pin after welding, ensuring high bending consistency.
6.The coil resistance can be automatically tested, and defective products can be sorted out.
7.The injection molding process for vertical injection molding machines can be added according to customer requirements.
8.The products are automatically packaged using a packaging machine that can stack 12 empty trays and full trays at once.
